The Role

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience
• Plan and execute content calendars for product launches and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages
• Work closely with our product and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty industry
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement
• Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for visually appealing content
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software
• Understanding of social media analytics and advertising platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus
